Akashi Data Center and TSARKA Group signed a strategic memorandum to introduce Central Asia’s first unified cybersecurity standard for international technology companies. The partners combine a Tier IV data center under construction with world-class security expertise.
“We are the only ones in Kazakhstan not just talking about attracting Amazon, Microsoft, and other tech giants — we are creating the conditions for them to arrive. With TSARKA we are raising data protection to a new level — building Central Asia’s first cybersecurity standard,” said Akashi CEO Vladislav Minkevich.
“Our partnership with Akashi creates a solid foundation for cyber resilience… We combine world-class expertise with the technological potential of Kazakhstan’s only Tier IV data center,” said TSARKA Group President Olzhas Satiyev.
Construction in Astana answers a capacity gap: by the end of 2024 the city had about 3,800 racks. Experts estimate 100–250 jobs per IT megawatt. Astana’s strengths — Astana Hub, AIFC preferences, logistics — still need cybersecurity depth to attract global business.
